Default where do they sell a shifter extension for my 2001 Mustang?

Where and how much do they charge for a shifter extension for a 2001 Mustang? I don't want it too big but at least 6-7 inches taller. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks

Maybe he's drives 18 wheelers for a living and doesn't feel right with the "short throw" feel of his Mustang.

6-7 inches, that would triple the distance to be thrown between shifts..... it wouldnt fit, you would hit your radio/hvac controls

Its probably just a typo guys. Sometimes i wish mine was a little taller, im tall and for my knees to be able to clear the dash, i have to move my seat back, which tires out my outstretched arm after a while.
