Default headers

OK my next mod is going to be headers. I have been looking around for a little while now. I want Long tubes with a three inch collector. Has anybody used hedman headers? they are the cheapest ones I have found so far. BBKs only have a 2 1/2 collector?? any thoughts. and how hard is it to install headers?

Longtubes, you're going to have to lift the motor to get to the passenger side header. Just a little fyi

I did it with 3 forklifts

You don't need anything bigger than the ceramic BBK LTs. Even if you plan on an all out 2v you will still not exceed the limits (not even close) of the BBKs.

Yea dude you dont need a lift. Loosen the engine mount, lift the motor up with a carjack lol. Its not hard at all man, sorry for giving that impression, im just saying its not a complete bolt-on.

Dude headers are the hardest thing ive ever done on my car. I had a lift and all that. Its a pain. Isnt hedman just a brand of hooker headers? Ive got hooker LT headers on mine and i love um

Yea it was definitely a pain in the ***. Took forever and dropped a lot of sockets, but the satisfaction was amazing once it was all done. I didnt have a lift or anything. I had 2 sets of jacks and jackstands, and some boards
