Yea they seem to go all the way in. I mean it takes some force to get the assembly off after its put on. It just sits really odd. I haven't gotten out there to mess with it yet, plus its dark now. I'll check it out tomorrow and if im successful unbolting and ****ing with the plate Id assume is an adjustment for the 2 prong gimmicks that determine how it seats once installed I'll post back.
