IRS?
hi 4.6er's, i'm from the 5.0 section down the hall and i was wondering if the 2002 mustang's have IRS in the rear or if they're solid. thanx dudes/dudettes!!!

Only IRS is 99,01, 03 and 04 cobras. All other new edges are solid.

thanks man, yeah i knew that they were in cobras in 02/03 but i didnt know for sure if they were on all. see ya on the flipside!

Weird, why would they skip 2k?? Other than a softer ride is there any other benefit to irs??

IRS rides much better on the street, handles excellent in stock form & the track too.
