89 hard to start check engine light runs rich only when it rains
I got a problem with my 89 4cly. It is hard to start when ever there is any decent amount of moisture in the air. Doesn't have to rain just close, but always when it rains (great summer car 
). Takes a while to start, I have to crank it a good while. Once it starts the check engine light is on and the car runs really rich and the plugs get fouled up (black carbon deposits). If i drive it for a while (30 mins) the check engine light will go off and the car will run great. It runs like a top on any sunny day.
I have replaced
- Fuel pump
- Fuel pomp regulator
- starter
- starter solenoid
- Oxygen Sensor
any help would be greatly appreciated

While the check engine light is on take it to the autoparts store that has a computer. They'll tell you exactly what it is.
