It would not hurt you to get a tune now. It'd correct your a/f ratio since your exhaust work no doubt threw it off, & you could get your speedo/odo recalibrated to your 4.10. If you have tons of other mods planned, you could wait, as your current list will not harm you, but I'd go now. I have had my car on the dyno 3 times. I did base pulls, then my first custom tune, then I went to see changes when I added a few things to my GT. I will be going at least one more time before the end of the year, & next year again once I get my heads/cams done

Personally, I don't think you have enough to warrant a tune yet. Save your dough and get tuned after a few more major mods.
