I just finished changing out my spark plugs and I noticed after i took off the coil over packs on the drivers side there was antifreeze in the hole with 3 of the 4 plugs on that side...what could be causing this?

Check the intake manifold.
Mine cracked and was leaking into my plugs from where the heater hose went into the manifold.

oh, definately sounds like a cracked intake or head gasket. Any colored smoke coming out exhaust? It might not be bead enough yes, but get it checked out soon.

run it until the coolant is nice and hot, then take a look and see if you see or smell anything, also check for bubbling in the reservoir
