Changing Intake Manifold

Changing Intake Manifold
Ok, so I have reason to believe that my intake manifold is cracked[:@]. Does anyone have a good write up, preferably with pics, on how to swap these? I'm probably going to get the direct replacement from AmericanMuscle.com. I am by no means a mechanic, but I love to learn, and this is something that I'd rather try to do than pay $600 to get it swapped.
I have searched around a little for some directions, but havent really came accross anything, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

hmm i really dont know any good write up on it but i belive its quite easy. Usually what i do is what goes off comes back on. Just take everything off slowly step by step and put everything back on the same way it came off

First off, why not call a Ford Dealership, having your VIN # in hand, and ask them if they'd honor the replacement deal on your car?? That will save you a good amount of money, and time doing it yourself, especially if you've never done it before...
Secondly.. If they won't, you can purchase the same manifold they'd replace your's for, on Ebay for $150 + shipping.. The plastic intakes flow enough air to get your car to a very reasonable 400-500whp, so why spend the extra, if you have no intentions of going that high??
