My girlfriend's dad has a friend who is trying to sell me a set of 05 GT wheels/tires. I haven't seen them yet, the girlfriend's dad has but he couldn't describe them very well. He says that they are stock on 05 GT's. Did they come with anything except the bullitts? Would they even fit on my 02?

Yeah they came with bullitts or fanblade wheels... I think there was another option but I'm not sure.

Don't think they'll fit, might collide with your calipers, but the best way to know is to try it before you do. If I'm not mistaken the 05+ have LESS backspacing than ours do, so older wheels on the 05+'s just stick out a lot, and if that's the case, then they would go in too far for ours and hit the brake equipment.

 

Ok...I wasn't really convinced I wanted them anyway. That $ could definitely be used elsewhere.

 

yea i had my dads wheels off his 06 on my 98 they came very close to my calipers though

 

Just use spacers to get the clearance you need.

 

they wont line up, gatta do something to ge them to fit, spacers or ... whatever. i saw a few new edges with S197 rims. looks, mmmm, wierd.

 

They'll fit. I had them on my 04 until I switched today to Black Bullits. Had them on for over a year with no problems. The one's I had are in the pic in my sig.

 

They fit...but I think they look fugly[:'(]

 

Ive seen the fan blades on a 99-04, they looked fugly.
