Default TOB Question

It has came to my attention that alottttttttta people on this forum are having troubles with TOB on our cars. I just ordered a SPEC 1 clutch and will be putting it in Saturday. My question is that with the TOB that comes with the kit, will it last pretty long? Another guy, aixtreme, just had a thread about his going out relatively soon. I would like to know the experiences you guys have with them, or if i should consider getting another TOB from another manufacturer. Thanks

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but how do you know if the TOB is going or not? How many miles do they last?
