Default Suspension ordered, ready for the big install

I finnally ordered my last (for now) part of the suspension today. Got some strange adjustable struts/shocks OTW.

As of now, waiting in the garage (or in the UPS truck) are:

Fox 4cyl front springs (thx code)
Strange shocks
Strange struts
Upper and lower control arms
Bullitt front brake upgrade kit
Raptor shift light
T/A performance 8.8 girdle and stud kit

I am also going to cut the dead coil off the rear spring unless someone talks me out of it I can't seem to find anyplace to get just one pair of the ford C springs or something similar, and I just cannot afford to drop more than 1 inch with my driveway (gonna be scary as it is).

I am really hoping its going to make a big difference with the car, even on the nittos. With the current bone stock suspension (minus subframes) I am thinking its going to be a shock the first time I do a hard launch

You are gonna LOVE it , Scott. I can't wait to see a video. I wish I could be a fly on the wall, when your eyes get big as the front end lifts and you have to repostion yourself in the seat to see over the dash...

God I hope so.

Got any hits for what to set the strange adjustables for? I don't have a clue. MPH is where I got em, they are gonna send me an email with shipping cost and some tips.

At the track or playing around on the street, I set my fronts at the softest (basically like a 90/10 drag strut) on the rear I set them on 5 (basically like a 50/50 drag shock).

Coilovers would be the only upgrade you could go beyond springs or some sort of 5 link thing or an airbag for the right rear.

well i went with a front coilover kit (not installed yet)now im just deciding on the rear.

It still uses a spring, but its fully adjustable like the s/s.

I just COULD NOT decide on any springs. nothing seemed to fit the drop i wanted, i want the wheelwell filled well. Prokits didnt do it, h&r sports didnt do it.

The h&r supersports dropped better, but still i wanted a tad lower. I didnt go with eibach sportlines because i didnt want to sacrifice a ****ty ride, and have a bad launch. I look at saleens and steedas, they just reminded me of the h&r and eibachs. thats my .02
