ya...its way over priced...but its how they make their money. Ya me and my 2 friends with me are fine, a lil shakin up top was down and a tree ripped off the roll-bar (style-bar). Its pretty bad. I will load up some photos here in a bit.

Glad to see you're okay...but that wasn't a freak accident. If you had been cruising responsibly & obeying the posted speed limits, chances are you would be driving your 'Vert again today.

Take it as a learning experience.

Actualy I was under the posted limit of 45. It just got away from me in the sand. I am scanning the damage photos of the car now, and will be posting them shortly.

By the way you explained it, it would appear your tires were spinning before you hit the sand?

That's not a freak accident, it was reckless endangerment. When you're purposely spinning the tires to kick the *** end out in first, second, AND third, THEN hit sand, it wasn't the sand's (or car's) fault, it was yours.

ok so maybe it was not a "freak accident", but i never blamed anybody but myself and my stupidy. Altho is was all under control until I went into the sand. It just dosent change the fact that it happened. Thanks for your insights Cheets
