Default How ironic!

Alright so as you all know i jacked up my hand with some sheet metal a few months ago and the doc told me i couldnt drive my car (which hasnt been a problem since its been snowing and then it broke down) but i did anyways like a one handed bandit. Alright so three days ago i cut open my right hand now (yes working with sheet metal) and hand on the top of the knuckles and had to get 7 stiches on that![:@][:@][:@][:@] So i got sent back to see the nerve doctor again today and he said your right hand is fine it just probably hurts and it looks like your left hand will be good to go in a month or so. Thats three months ahead of schedule so its awesome! I know this isnt a tech post but you guys are the only ones who knew about this and im sure no one would care or have a clue what i am talking about in the off topic section. Its very funny trying to watch me type though with both hands all jacked up I guess its time to buy a good pair of gloves[&:]

Sheet metal is a bitch man...worked at shop for 5 years now, every time we run these aluminum shims in my mill, i get 30-40 cuts all over my hands. Impossible to work with. Plus, coolant in a cut is like stabbing yourself with a billion needles.

Lol nice. Im not really certified in anything...well, cept being the bitch boy. I just run a mill and a couple lathes, no major work. We build Benders, i make the parts to put them together. Wish i could get certified though,i could be making almost twice as much now just by having that certification paper. Rules suck...

Sweet dude! I know what you mean. I was making a great amount of cash as an HVAC tech but its just a boring freaking job. I paid my way through EMT/Paramedic and Firefighting school so now i am finally doing what i want to do! I thought id be doing HVAC forever but now im happy i just saved up and got to go to school. I did (and still am doing) night school so i could still work in the day time. You can still get student loans and stuff. Thats what my gf is doing. Shes going to school to be an RN Admin.
