SSSHHHHEEEEIIT thats nothin you should be in san antonio texas right now..its been drizzling for 2 days now and pretty much the whole city is a big ball of ice.. its pretty sweet!
Last year here in GEORGIA we had ice so bad.... the car doors would not open at least half inch of ice... no FUN
Instead of jerking on the door etc when this happens try my trick. Go get a full pitcher (like a gallon size) of hot water from your kitchen sink and then pour it over the door seam. I have yet to have this fail, and so long as you then fully heat up the car and drive it for awhile the water you pour on the car doesn't freeze.
i dont know about you but doesnt it say "GARAGED FOR WINTER" in your sig... good u deserve it [8D]
It does say garaged for winter. I put it away the beginning of December. Went through all of December without any substantial signs of winter. It snowed twice and amounted to about 1 inch each time and then melted the same day. Two weekends ago, we had a 65 degree day. I said "What the hell? Why not just reinsure it for a week?" I reinsured it, drove it for about 3-4 days and parked it one night. Next day it was like that. Now she is garaged for good until at least halfway through March other than going to get gas tomorow.
Then comes my exhaust, gears, springs and whatever else I can waste my money on.
