Stick with steel if you want easy highway driving. A lighter flywheel will help acceleration very little, but will have a very noticable affect on driving on the highway and taking off from a stop. Your car uses the flywheel's stored energy to help you take off from a stop and moderate accelerations while on the highway.

now wait i thought a lightweight flywheel helps acceleration.....why would it hurt highway speeds, if the crank is already turnin why would it need a heavier flywheel to keep up momentum?????? heres the thing if it will make a GOOD difference then i will fork over the cheese and be happy if not then i will just get mine resurfaced.

lol I notice every single bolt-on I do, and right now my car feels worlds faster than it was stock. Huge difference even before gears!
