Default transmission

this is a question that has been on my mind for some time. i have a '96 gt with bbk long tube headers, flowmaster pipes, steeda cold air and a 70mm throttle body. i want to do more, but how much is too much for my stock transmission??

your T-45 will break eventually if you beat it up enough regardless of power output, but you shouldn't have to worry about blowing it up until you start pushing over 400hp. jeep, correct me if i am wrong.
