Default Help Please

OK guys I have a question. I've been have trouble with my car in 3rd and 4th gear. When I'm entering the freeway in 3rd gear at 3000rpm my car seems to want to stall, like it's not getting enough gas. It does the same thing when I go to 4th and get to 3000 rpms. I've had my car tuned but I keep having the same problem. Anyone else expiencing this and do you guys have any suggestions of some things I should look at.I currently have a superchip. I was wondering if I get the xcalibrator 2 I can make a change to correct this myself? You can read my sig to view my current setup. only thind I've added is the Focus fuel pump
and Velocity 95mm MAF

Honestly I really dont remember the last time I changed the fuel filter.
I also get a check engine soon light that comes on, but when I put it on the computer it give a "no codes" reading. I'm not really sure what's going on. what's the IAC and how can I check it? thanks for the help

its on front of the plenum.. its held in by 2 bolts all you do is unscrew it and spray Carb cleaner in it and it makes it better 90% of the time...'
