What do you guys think about MRT midpipes and catbacks. I was checking them out, but wow they are expensive. I listened to the soundclips on a website of the mrt h-pipe and mrt catback with "magna" mufflers and they sounded NICE. Anyone with MRT exhaust lemme know about it.

Sounds awesome.. best Catted H IMO. It's the only full stainless steel one out there.

EDIT: Your MAC Catback will sound deep as hell with this midpipe.

They sound freakin' mean, can't wait to get mine. Here's the MRT H on the Magnapacks (he revs it up at the end) : http://s35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...agnapacks3.flv

If you can afford the MRT midpipe... you shouldnt be disappointed in it. Very good deep sound and aggressive. Even the catted version is pretty loud with a catback but, that its more expensive. I would reccomend it to anyone. The Mac prochamber is good too, some guys have some fitment issues with them, some don't. It seems like a hit or miss with them.

A catted stainless steel Prochamer is about the same price as an MRT catted midpipe. However I would trust MRT over MAC. Some quality control issues as far as fitment and welds go, at least from a few people who have said that in the past.

Whats a good place I can get an MRT midpipe? Also are the gains pretty good? And what makes the midpipe affect the sound? Will it really improve my sound added onto my MAC catback, and IS THERE DRONE?? <<<Main question.

When I get mine I'll buy it here : http://www.ninosport.com/MRT-H-pipe-...p;category=843

Also here's a thread I made about the MRT a few months ago., which should answer your question., someone commented on how it changed the sound in theirs. By the way if you want to get rid of the drone you may want to think about changing to straight thru catback instead of the MAC, which is chambered and gives the drone. Here's the thread : https://mustangforums.com/m_2277171/tm.htm
