I have never seen adapter plates on ebay. You can get the manifold from Modular depot $178. Then get adapter plates from HPS ( High Performance Solutions) $89. They will have more plates next week. Call them. You will also need some bits and pieces for the manifold swap maybe another $50.
Livernoise has a good kit that includes everything you need for $500.
