but why get a S197 unless you really like the way they look for 26+k.. when you can procharge a Mach 1, or get a Terminator and run more then 400rwhp out of either one? Takes you 2k to make a Terminator a 500rwhp machine.

I would NEVER consider a V6. After it's all set and done you're still driving a V6 "muscle car" and people like myself will laugh at you. V8 all the way[8D]
Buying the lesser model is always gay no matter what car it is.
A good number of people have traded in their S197 V6 for a New Edge GT/Cobra...I wonder why[&:]

I agree I would definitely rather have the Terminator versus s197 gt anytime. Plus, the Mach1s and Cobras are collectors due to their limited production.Didn't Ford only make 5,000 of each one?

V6's aren't to bad, I know a few V6 stangs that will spank GT's and even a couple of Cobras... you can always make anything fast... a buddy had a v6 that ran with gt's and you would've never known it was a v6... as long as you didnt hear him over 4500rpms, haha and really listened [&:]

They made approx 13k Cobras in 03' and around 4k in 04'..... Machs they made a decent amt of over the 2 years...

I'm sure there are countless V6s that will smack me so ****ing bad but at the end of the day I have a V8 and you have the "economy" edition. I guess speed isn't everything for me but you also have to consider image...wow that's so shallow of me

I wish I did. V6 to GT gap is much smaller than GT to Cobra gap. There weren't any wrecked ones
