Default Can somebody expain the advantages of Lakewood shocks!

What is the difference in the shocks...Lakewood 90/10 or 70/30's. What do the numbers mean. I was reading the 12's on a budget and don't know what these do! Could someone explain these to mean.

The resistance in both compression 90 and rebound 10, which helps dial in weight transfer from the front to back.
