So, i have a V6 and im getting tired of saving up sooo much to put such little power into it. I was wondering if there are any 17 year old highschool students who work part time minimum wage jobs out there who have GTs and how much they spend on insurance and gas monthly kuz i reeeeaaaallly want a V8 so i dont have to do much to go fast lol.

im 22 and i payed 315 a month on insurance while i had a loan out...and after i payed off the loan my insurance went to 240 a month....you're five years younger...probably add at least 100 bucks to that if you're the primary driver......

 

****... well i guess ill wait 10 years... lol. I pay 185, im under my parents household and i get the house insurance discount and multicar discount and grades... but i doubt that would take off 200... i only make like 400 a month... but my hours got cut so its not looking good.

 

save up and drop a v8 motor in it and ull have the same insurance

 

lol, yeah and if i get in an accident my insurane company wont drop me either.

 

i work a fast food job with min. wage and i have a 99 but im lucky that my parents pay my insurance, gas is not to bad if that help any

 

eh.. yeah i gotta pay for my insurance fully.. ill just have to wait it out.

 

I'm 16 (mustang was first car) and insurance isn't really that bad, just over $120 a month with me as primary. Take in account that I have every discount you can get, and I don't have full coverage.
