Default cruise control

my cruise control stopped working. i looked through the owneres manual and saw that fuses 17, 35 and 37 each had "speed control" in the description. all of those fuses are good. what else could it be? i love cruise control too much.

+1 on the linkage, could have come apart, its two lines, one for accelerator, one for cruise control

Default RE: cruise control

it could also be the cruise control servo (located in the left front fender) gone bad. expensive part. I had to fight with the ford service center to replace it for free when I bought my used 99 GT. also the manual states that the cc should kick in around 45 mph but mine doesn't until at least 55 on the freeway.
