No I've only went to 140 but thats plenty fast enough for me. Considering 5th gear at 80mph is about 2950 rpms, that should put me in the high 160's at 6050 rpm... And believe me I'll peg that fast - I was speeding up faster at 140 than I was at 120 - just let off because I was on a back road.

your car comes with 2.73 gears and is electronically limited to 136 mph, wich you can do in 4th gear. your car doesnt have enough power to reach it's mechanical top speed ungoverned in less than an hour, and quite frankly on a stock 97 GT i wouldnt want to.
