ok im about to change the oil in the ole stang what should i use weight wise and synthetic or non and what brand im used to running 5 w 30 in my pickup and camaro uses 10 w 30 any help

Mobil 1 fully synthetic 5W30 will be fine if you want to go with synthetic.

Even if you were to go a non Synthetic, I would still recomend the MotorCraft Synthetic blend! Why would you not want to go Synthetic?? Royal Purple Synthetic FTW!!!!!
