cams MPG drop???

for all u cammed gt owners did u notice a drop in your gas milage after the cams? if so how many miles did u lose?

Most of the mpg drop is going to come from the heavy foot mod that comes with a cam install.[sm=gears.gif]

yeah. if you want MPG, buy a honda.

i went from 17MPG city, 23MPG highway to uhh... last fill up i had 13.5MPG. that was with me enjoying the new motor though.

With MPG in mind, I drove the interstate and got 18.2mpg. I was VERY pleased with that. I usually get about 14-15 driving conservativly in town. With a tank that includes the track, I can see 12-13.

I agree, if you want great MPG, DO NOT start doing major N/A mods.

Ya need to make a road trip down here for the Centex Challenge on March 10th. mylongvictor and Project Bumboclaat will be going against the Bucket. It's gonna be fun.

You have stock seats? You'll end up in the passangers seat[&:]

I couldn't see me autocrossing this car. I would do it but I'm sure it wouldn't do too good. It has enough low end power for it but that's about it

i didnt get a stang to get 30 mpg i dont really care about mpg i was junt wondering if it would affect it much.
