ok so i drove my car to lunch yesterday. (i've been storing it at work) and it ran a little rough so i went easy on it......it's been sitting there for the better part of 2 months i start it once or twice a week and i've driven it around a couple of times. but then it ran rough yesterday so i drove it home today and it ran like ****.....it's hesitating when i accelerate......it acts exactly like it would if the traction control was kicking in but i don't slow down as much.

it seemed to be idling fine until i got to about 5 blocks from my house there was a little unusualness in the idle and the CEL came on.

any ideas?

 

post what code it's throwing?

 

Theres so many things that can make it run like that. Take it to autozone and have the code checked. It`s free.

 

i don't have a tuner.....i'll try to find an autozone.

 

autozone only does it until 5 pm.....i work every day until 6.

 

Call in sick.

 

i live with the person to whom i'd have to call in sick.

 

That sucks. Then take a vacation day or get off early. IDK.

 

Most likely just bad gas.

 

well i did let it tun nearly out of gas before. then i thought maybe it's bad so i filled it up and it ran even worse.
