Default Cut outs / dumps

So, I have LT headers on my car, and then a set of dumps directly after the headers that connect to my stock exhaust. So my question I guess is. Is it worth it to keep the dumps? or just get a full exhaust set up? I plan to lower my car, and I'd like to be able to lower it alot if I want to. But I am more concerned with my dumps hitting everthing. Right now they hit speed bumps every once in a while, and I'm concerened that another 2 inches and they are going to get destroyed.

If you are going to lower your car the dumps will get destroyed, get the full exhaust, then lower it!

The only reason I don't want to get rid of my dumps is because I LOVE the open header sound. Problem is, its too loud to be legal in Washington. So, How loud is a full exhaust system? I basically want to be just barely legal. Unfortunately with the dumps, I never really get a chance to open them anyway.

Well I understand the sound, but with long tubes, off road H, and an SLP LM1 set up your car would be VERY loud, and it would sound amazing. The best way to tell is to hear it in person, go to the track and figure out what systems people are running.

Would love to post some clips, but my plugs Foul when I run the dumps open. I got to get a seperate tune for the open dumps, it kind of sucks. Its another part of why I'm considering getting rid of em. And to give you an idea of the noise when they are open. It shakes the car more than the stereo can at max volume at 2000rpm. At Red Line, its almost unbearable. Its Bad A$$
