i purchased an accufab tb&plenum 70mm i instaled it myself ....i found it to be pretty simple since i did it by myself....the only thing is that i really didnt feel all much a diff.......response was a tiny bit better in all around rpms.......but when i come to a stop my rpms are still at 2500 and then once im in neutral fora 10 second while then finaly it will go down to the neutral 1000 rpm......is this wasting gas...what should i do? and what could i do to make the accufab perform better i already have a ramair....jlt......a hurst shifter but thats it...whats the best compliment to the accufab??for example hearders?? gears??ohh this is a 2004 gt

Chill with the caps. You really could open up that TB with F/I, go to Vortechs website and look at theV-2 SQ centriblower. It runs about 3000 i believe....

Mine does the same thing. Nothing to worry about. Give it a tiny rev and it'll go back down. or put it in 1st gear sitting at a light and slowly inch your clutch out (causing it to grab a little). That'll get it down to normal idle too.
