Default how much difference for offset

Hey guys, i found someone selling some deep dish chrome rims and claims the offset is 27mm. I checked what the specs were on american muscle and they say 28mm. will that 1mm make a huge differnce? Is he even correct on his measurement? Not doubting just clarifying and making sure what i buy works and looks good. Thanks!

oh! and the rims are about 2 years old if that makes any difference...

1mm is nothing in offset. If you got rims from a newer stang witha 45mm offset, you would notice a difference.

I didn't think it was but just wanted to double check. I haven't completely learned the whole system dealing with wheels. THANKS!
