where is the steering shaft nut that I have to take off? Step 11 in this link http://www.fnsweet.com/garage/lt_install/index.shtml also anyone who ahs done these on a convertable.... when you took the K-Member off did you have a problem with your subframe connectors? (have to take them off as well) Thanks for the help guys!

Look through the Kmember on the driverside at the bottom of the steering shaft. As long as you have the wheels straight you will see the bolt. It is a 13mm bolt. You do not need to remove the subfrmaes you will have to remove the bracing that is at the rear of the Kmember.

bracing at the rear of the K member being teh two bolts on each side that are attached to the thing under the oil pan?? And i found the bolt thank you!

Yes but I think it is more then just 2 bolts.
