my 02 GT k&n CAI, 75mm TB, upper plenum, UDPs, vt stage1 cams, comp cams springs, shortie headers, cat less xpipe, mac "catback" 373 gears, hardend 28 spline axles, steeda triax shifter, custom sct tune, vs 94 transam LT1 catless exaust, CAI, light weight driveshaft, AC delete, EGR delete..and somthing called and LT1 edit? i guess its some sort of chip or somthing, by the way its a 6spd, im a 5 spd obviously

Is his catless exhaust mean Full Exhaust? If hes got Full exhaust and you have all that other stuff, power would go to you barely. Gearing goes to you. Get out there and kick his *** and tell us about it. lol

 

If you have hardened 28 splines I assume you upgraded the carrier? If so, go put on a set of MTs and tear him up from a stop

this sounds like a great race. if its on the steet i think he has a slight advantage, i raced a stock LT1Trans Am and i had 3.73 JLT intake and catless Hpipe and under drive pulleys on my 2000 and i barly won on the street but when i put my drag radials on i beat him by 3-4 cars at the track. so basically its really close and the only way to figure it out would be to race him. good luck.
