Recently some people have been searching around trying to find this write up on the IAC Mod:

Was wondering if we could get it added to the How To: Sticky section for easy reference and so the new guys can learn about it. (And so I can finally drop it from my sig [&:]).
Also, in the write up I put that it works on 99-04, but the thread is locked and I'm unable to change it to 96-04. Could you change this also? Thanks for your consideration.
