Default suspension question

Ok, everytime I turn left in my car my right rear wheel scrapes the transverse shock and the fenderwell. I was talking to a guy on another forum and he said that this could possibly be prevented by an anti-roll bar, new springs, or bumpstops?
Is the fella right? From all I've read I would think that it would most likely be the antiroll bar that helps me the most.
Also, my right rear wheel has started making a popping noise everytime I go over a bump. I'm thinking this has something to do with bushings or bearings, correct? Any input?
Almost forgot, it's an 01 gt, pro kit, steeda U/L control arms and 315 tires.
Thanks

Sorry man, I got nothing. I just don't like it when no one responds to a post. If it makes you feel any better, I have the same problem with my 97 GT. So I'd like to find out too.
