Default subframe installation

Ok i got a set of sub frame connectors, full length, and i would like to know if i can install them myself. i have a MIG welder which is what it calls for but ppl have said i need to make sure my frame is straight before hand. so will i be able to do this or should i have someone do it. all the ppl have quoted like 300$ plus. what should i do?

it aint hard, just get a set of exhaust stands to hold em up while your welding. its a pretty basic mod.

You have to have your car on its suspension (sitting on the tires) inorder to weld on subframes. Most places will charge around $150 or you can buy 2 sets of ramps. Drive up on the front and use a jack and raise the rear and slide the ramps under the rear tires.

I was watching a muscle car episode and they said it is better to have the car on jack stands on all 4 corners to take the sag out of the unibody.

the instructions say a drive on lift or a set of ramps for the front and jack stands for the rear
