Ok, I don't know if this happens to any of you guys, but it seems like every time I add a mod to my stang, I love it for about a day or two, then I "get used to it" and it feels like crap again, and I end upwanting more more more. I've had a few of my friends tell me I could have a 10 second street car and still not be satisfied, others said it's just the nature of the beast, you get a taste of power and always want more. Whatever it is, it breaks my bank consistanly lol. Is there such a thing as happy with what you have? I don't know. Just thought I'd see what you all thought about it.

 

That happens to all of us. I thought my 4.10s made the car a lot faster, then I got used to them and now wish I had like 4.56s

Mod after mod you feel good for about 2 days then have to go faster.

 

Just wait till you put on those LT's w/ the PI heads and the cams, you'll love that for about 2 months then if you gotta some more money you will wanna do something else. Its common, im just outta money so i cant mod for now.

 

thats how it was with my blower... i got tired of just a supercharged mustang after about 4 months... so i had to get more... lots more...

I've always said i've never rode in a car that I thought actually ran good when I got out. I guess it takes a mean car to give you the same rush of riding dirtbikes n stuff.... packing front wheels in high gear... yea thats like a 1500 hp car

 

100% yes... when I am done moding I will make my car look good.

 

Yea, it sucks. And in the endrun all you have is a deflated bank account and a somewhat faster car...

Im with quicktime, after a long day of riding the stang just seems sub par, as far as getting the adrenaline going.

same here, after a few months i get the urge buy more mods, i just try not to think about it
