compression test in progress
so my car has 198k miles on it so i decided to do a compression test just to see where i am at
i have done 2cylinders so far and both have been at about 95psi, is this really low or high or what
i will keep u posted as i get done, would just like to know what u guys think

anyone know where these numbers should be all cylinders are running around 85-95psi

so all of the cylinders put up 85-95 psi, is this really low, am i going to have to do a rebuild with an overbore?

not sure what stock is supposed to be, I put down 195-200 to all 8, but I have 11:1 CR.

If it seems to run good and its not burning any oil, I'd try a different gauge. Those #'s sound a bit low andtoo even with that many miles on it and running good, good luck.

85-95 is very low on compression.

Strange though that they are all about the same, that usually means everything is ok.
195K miles though... damm. Its time for a PI engine (complete) swap!

That would be probably the cheapest/smartest way to go!

The car does look sharp though in your pic. I have always liked that bright orange color.
