I put a lighting motor in my GT and i am looking for more hood clearance.Does the Eaton M112 off a 03/04 cobra fit on the 99-04 lower intake manifold? They look almost the same i was just wondering if any knows or seen it done

 

no i don not think they fit dident u rip that motor out for the 5.4 anyways?

 

I am using the whole lightning motor, i need hood clearance thats why i wanna use the blower that has the plenum coming out the back not the top

 

no i dont believe that it will work. i belive the lightning is the 2v and the cobra has the 4v. youd need the 4v block for it to work i think. would the cobra R hood not fit???

 

No a cobrar hood wont fit.A 6' cowl hood wont fit either maybe if they made 9 1/2" cowl hood it would fit!

 

ooh wow, that thing must be huge. is it just the blower that sits so high, or does the motor sit up high also.

Yea what power are you making? And also the lighting is a 2v???

 

im pretty sure the lightin has the 2v, and i dont believe that motor is forged from Ford.
