If everything checked out as far as mechanical and good interior shape I would jump on that like the last chopper out of 'Nam.

EXCELLENT deal!
Make sure it's a REAL one though and not just badged up.
Check the seats to see if they have the embossed logo, bullit pedals and badges on side and rear.

I have a 2003 Centennial Vert that I bought last year for $16k from a dealer.
Not a scratch on it, nowhere.
It has every option including a Mach1000 instead of the 460.

Mechanically it's the same as a GT Premium.

There were only a little over a 1000 of the verts made and even less of the coupes so maybe someday it *might* be collectible.
Don't buy it for that though, buy it for having something a little different than the standard GT.

This is the same car as mine except mine is an automatic, I have the Mach1000, my car had 16k on it and I paid $16k from a dealer last October.
Looks like I got a decent deal and it looks like you have a FANTASTIC deal.

Yes, it had just minor cosmetic stuff to designate Ford's 100th year... The car isn't worth any more than a regular GT either, so don't think he's cutting you any deals over a regular 03 GT.

Presently yes.
In the future who knows?

Ever watch PowerblockTV?
Any of the muscle car auctions?

The 60s and 70s cars that are worth the most money, some insane amounts of money, are the oddball ones.
And many times all it amounts to is one extra option, one check box on an order form for a certain color or type of seat or such.

I'll bet the people who ordered those options back (like the 'tick tock tach for example) were laughed at back then.

Look whose laughing now [8D]

Mechanically it's a loaded Mustang GT Premium.
The only difference is the 2 tone leather seats / steering wheel, (the leather is a different type of leather) and all the badges and embossing on the seat backs.
Other than that, it's completely a GT and any part that will fit on a standard GT will fit on this car.

Here is some info on it:

If it's in good mechanical condition, I would say it's a great deal.
