Hey [/align]I have a 96gt everytime Ihit a small bump or pothole the whole car slams down and feels like just flew off a jump. What can i do to fix it and make it a smooth ride. You think the springs are shot?[/align]

Maybe shocks/struts?

i just replaced the struts the slamming feels like it coming more from the front of the car not so much the rear

Check your ball joints and tie rods.

are your tires worn out? if so buy new tires. is your car lowered if so nothing you can do

i bought the car used about a year and a half ago dont know if the springs are aftermarket. I it normal for mustangs to have a bumpy ride becase the type of car they are or is something wrong with my suspension?

it shouldnt be that bad, my guess is either springs or shock
