Car cut out and died

Car cut out and died
A few days ago I was driving home, going up a hill and the car cut out then came back in then cut out and so on...till finally it died. I got to the side of the road and turned the key...it started then dropped rpm's ... stuttered and died. Then I tried again and it just tried to start but wasn't getting fuel. Waited a few minuets and started it again...ran rough for about 30 seconds and died........about 30 minuets later I started it and drove about 75 miles trouble free......what is going on here. I think fuel pump, but I am not sure....what else could it be? I replaced the filter about 3 months ago.

Probably the fuel pump or filter. Be careful where you get your gas, I had a very simular problem when I had my 89 GT, ends up the station where I was getting my gas had old tanks and a ton of grit and particulate was floating around in the gas. Clogged 3 fuel filters in the matter of 4 or 5 weeks. I purged the tank, changed the filter and started going to a station with new tanks and the problems were gone.
