Default BFG VS. NITTO

I cant make up my mind on which tires to get. i had my mind made up on the bfg t/a kd's, then i talked to a guy at tire rack and he said they would be horrible in the rain. so he recommended the kdw 2's. im just worried those wont hook up. anyone have any experience with nitto dr's? i need some help here. by the way the reason im so concerned about traction is because as of right now it's non existint. but in a week im getting a procharger installed so i need new tires. help me out. please.

Neither, Mickey thompson ET streets if you are wanting dry hooking traction. I have the bfg gforce KDW tires on my car and they have good wet traction as long as you keep you foot out of it!

same thing with my nitto 555r's and they last longer. I don't drive in the rain if I don't have to though.

i had mickeys and for driving around they suck.....they are like bubble gum and pick up everything on the street...better be prepared for some flats.....The BFG's are a good tire and are a good compromise between the MT's and Nittos

First off I hope you don't plan to get a Drag Radial and have it rated for Wet weather. All DR's are for Dry traction only. BF's are way better than Nittos all over, however the KDW's tend to be noisy on the road as you can tell by the Truck tread pattern..lol I don't think you want a Drag Radial for a DD if you drive in the rain. I would suggest somethiong like A Toyo Proxy 4 or look up Tire Rack and check out GENERAL tires. They have some swet tires for the money
