wasting 500 on an eaton posi?
how is it wasting $500 on an Eaton? Disclaimer * This is just my opinion* If you plan on launching hard with sticky tires I'd suggest do it right the 1st time and be done with it. If you don't plan on launching hard on sticky tires than anything would probably be a waste of money. You can get an Eaton Diff and 31 spline Moser axles with studsfor just over $500. I know of plenty of people that went the explorer route and destroyed it at the track, that in my opinion was a waste of money... and time.

I guess you're right, I really just wanted to check the price but eaton should be the best way to go.

I don't know if Eaton is the "best", but I've had mine for about 60k miles and had many 6,000 rpm launches on slicks and it never let me down. I'm very satisfied with it.
