not sure, but with these dimensions, you could
mock up a cardboard box and see for sure what
you will be dealing with

Call THR or Procharger and find out how much all the piping and intercooler would cost you. That way it is basically just a bolt on thing. I know you have a Novi but it shouldn't be too difficult to bolt the Procharger stuff up to it.

Depending on which way your outlet is facing you can either do a custom piping to the intercooler or you will have to get your supercharger reclocked. Most pipes will run infront of the engine to the driverside and into the intercooler then come up and out of the passenger fender.

i already called ati. just the piping is $350. their intercooler cost is i think he said an additional $1100.

None of the aftermarket companys that offer a bolt in setup do so at a fair price. You can do a DIY intercooler install for around 500-600 bucks.

This is a quote from a PM I got on another site:

dont have tha auction #'s sorry. One mistake i made was getting 2.5 piping. It is restricting boost so im making 7 psi with a 3.1 pulley instead of 10psi like the paxton intercooler guys make. buy 3 inch universal polished piping with couplers. and i got a 24x12x3 intercooler with 2.5 inlets. get the 3" inlets not the 2.5 on the core. i will post pics next week when i get my camera. its not an easy project. you need to cut a hole in the body of the car next to the powerpipe to run the cold side of the piping. the piping from the blower just goes down into the fender and wraps around. i had to relocate powersteering lines to mount the core. its a cxracing intercooler. try cxracing.com. if u have any more question feel free to ask. Go to the thread dyi intercooler project. I did mine the same as his and he has pics

yeah, you can get a piping kit from ebay for less than $100, but you'll have to fab stuff up still. that's the only reason i looked at getting ati's piping kit. then the only thing i'd have to fab is the intercooler itself. you can buy a an intercooler on ebay for anywhere from $100-$500. my local shop i go to said they'd do a custom cooler with ati piping for $1100 installed, tuned, blah blah blah.

So far I have about 300 into my DIY intercooler kit. When I get the engine back into the car I will take pictures of how I routed everything. I would not buy a kit, it's a lot of money for something you could do yourself.
