My same friend that has that crazy noise, can't get his car into third gear when romping on it, only while driving normal. It wont let him in at all, he tries to put it in and it's just like "REJECTED" and the shifter just stops...
Every time now, and sometimes fourth too.
I'm afraid he's going to have to get another 3650 [&o] and sell the Vortech in his apt. to me
But, seriously what can this be?

He has mgw, he hates it too, he's putting the stocker back on. What makes you guys say syncros? How costly is this to have fixed?
Also, any ideas on that noise I was talking about. It's like a horrible "vvVvvvvv" at the bottom of each gear, almost like a humming, hard to describe.
