Default TSB Question

When a company issues a TSB,are they financially responsible for fixing that problem ?????????????????

Nope, they are only responsible for in-warranty and recall work. TSB's are more or less just a "heads up" for common problems that don't directly affect safety or driveability. However if your car is still in its bumper to bumper warranty stage then most TSB's will be covered for free.

Thanks for the info,I don't think my car is still covered.I just bought it recently noticed it was very difficult to close the hood, whenI did a little research found that Ford Had issued a TSB for this problem ...........
