Default K member problem?

Well I recently install my QA1 tubular k member. Everything bolted on ok, but I'm not sure if the motor is sitting properly in the k member. The driver side mount on the k member doesn't seem to go to the bottom of the slot like the passenger side does. Can someone give me some advice?

Yeah the motor is sitting all the way down on the k member, and I made sure everything was out of the way during installation.

There is a nipple on each motor mount. You have to grind the nipple off of the driverside mount. The stock K has holes for the nipples to go into and the QA1 doesnt.

Why doesnt anybody mention what you have to have to make their product work. I am building up a 351W that was a manual and is now going in an auto 91 GT and the flywheel bolts from the 351 didnt fit and the flexplate bolts for the old 302 didnt work both too long. 50 resto was like oh yeah you need new bolts[:@]. I hate delays in my projects for stupid crap like this.
