I'll take a crack at it, the code means "Evaporative Emission Control System- Vacuum system- Purge control solenoid or purge control valve fault.
Its a vac leak of egr or something of that nature. Take a good GOOOOOOOD look at all the **** on the top of the motor.
Hope I could help.

DING DING DING!!!! youare correct its an evap sensor. I was looking on-line and thats what they say it is. So I'm going under the hood with a flash light too see what I can see, It also could be a bad gas cap or charcole filter.I hope I can fix it.

Open your hood. There are two sensors by the firewall on the passenger side. You'll see them. They are EVAP codes and are common of the first gen. 4.6 in Fords. I have the same code on my car, too. Ha ha... Get the two sensors from Ford. They're $30, I think. If you need more help, I can take a picture of mine tomorrow. Good luck...
