i have a 2002 mustang its all stock but i have a functional shaker hood which is the mach 1 hood and i am racing a stocck 2000 and a stockk 98 today who should win

shaker hood won't do much on a light to moderately modded V8. Drivers race between 00 and 02. 98 will be dusted.

The shaker is never going to add any/much power to your car. The only thing you can do to make more power is spend money

ya but u cant get a cai with a shaker hood intake

I wouldn't worry about trying to increase the shaker hood mod (you did the whole kit, right?). Well, a blower would be a good mod with it.
