Default turboing a mustang??????????

well.. now im seriously considering it. Im doubting i may get the power i want... so what will i need to turbo her? i would like to keep my catback that i have on the car. but what else will i need? such as headers, downpipe, where to mount the turbos, etc... what size turbos? im trying to get some price figures in my head so i can figure out how much more i would possibly need if i do switch over.

youll get more power out of a turbo than a supercharger, look into hellion turbos, they got a kit thats suppose to require no fab modifications. It depends on how much power you want to make and what your going to do with it (track, show, dd, etc..)

it doesnt matter if its twin or single. single will have more lag though which could be better but twin may be easier to install im thinking... maybe... i dont want a rear mounted really because i wanna keep the stock location of the mufflers.

my goal is 700rwhp for the car. and i want it on pump gas as well.... makes it tricky doesnt it? lol

I think you need to find out what your results are gonna be before throwing away your supercharged setup, but a turbo setup will make more power.

Twins ftw if you do it, but unless you can do all the work and fab yourself its gonna be ALOT more expensive than just buying a new T Trim.

yea, i may see what numbers i can get and then if im not satisfied, i will build a kit of some sort. just the T trim upgrades i have seen, i would be able to afford a turbo kit easily considering i could then sell the blower kit. say the upgrading of the S trim and also the price of the kit i got is alittle over 4k spent.
